The Pro River Outfitters office is located in Lansing, West Virginia by the New River Gorge Bridge. We base our operations from The Resort at Glade Springs in Daniels, West Virginia.

Fly Fishing School

The lakes and ponds at The Resort at Glade Springs are a great place to learn the art of fly fishing. Most novice anglers land a fish on the first day. Our beginner class is the perfect way to learn how to fly-fish because we provide the instruction needed to enjoy the sport on your own. Equipment review, fly selection and use, casting and on-water instruction will be the focus of the beginner’s clinic. Customized instruction, to fit any group’s needs, this is the perfect group activity.

Custom Fishing Adventures

We offer a wide variety of custom raft-support fishing trips on the New, Greenbriar, Elk, and Gauley rivers of Southern West Virginia. These waterways are among the best fisheries in the east for Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, and several species of Trout. We have something for all types of anglers from the first timer to the most fanatical fisherman. Our trip departure times, length of trip, instructional needs, and section of river are all considered to best suit your wants, needs, and expectations. We design your trip to fit your vacation itinerary.

Outdoor Amenities

In addition to fishing, we can take the guesswork out of planning other outdoor activities such as whitewater rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking, horseback trail rides, and teambuilding facilitation.

Bachelor parties

West Virginia is a great place to get the band back together! 50% of the US population is within an eight-hour drive from the resort. We will help you plan your event and make it easy. Once your group is checked into the resort you can leave all the driving to us.
